Description of partnership
The aim of the project is to learn about sustainable development, climate change and other topics related to environmental problems and to bring young people into contact with other cultures and the day-to-day realities of others. The students will use info technologies as working media and English as working language.
The activities will be the following:
- Common web site including:
Presentation of the whole project. Presentation from each partner. Regional effects of climate change. Sustainable development concepts. Reduction energy consumption. Renewable energies. Reuse, reduction and recycling of waste. Reduction of water consumption.Information about other activities done during the project.

Four meetings where students from different countries can meet and explore similarities and differences between them. Each one will have a main topic which leads the work before and during the meeting.
- Monthly newsletters among students presenting their social and school life and current environmental issues.
- Designing and filling in an inquiry about students’ characteristics, beliefs and their knowledge about the topics of the project.
- Multilingual dictionary with everyday expressions and words related to the topics.
- Projects about renewable energies will be done by the students, like experiments with solar cells, producing biogas, solar oven, building working models of wind mills etc.
